  They have poor customer service. I got billed double for work they only did once. When I call to ask questions as to why I was being charged twice, Jennifer in Billing hangs up the phone on me. I don't mind paying what I'm supposed to pay. But don't play games and charge me for work that was only done once. I won't be going there again. And I suggest you look elsewhere as well.

  I had a 1:30pm appointment at the Clinton, MD office and received a phone call from T***** at 1:39pm. The call was to reschedule my appointment when I was literally in the parking lot. I walk with a cane and could not find adequate handicap parking so my walk took a little longer than expected. The website reads "our promise to you, our patient is to provide quality, up-to-date and proven treatments..in a friendly and comfortable setting..with the help of our professional staff. As I sat in the waiting area upwards of 15 from my rescheduled appointment time, I observed the front office staff/receptionists interact with other patients. The front office staff/receptionists are some of the most unprofessional I've experienced in my life. They are ill-mannered, lack compassion, and quite impatient, especially with senior citizens. Dr. W***** was brief and abrupt. Not interested in the Waldorf office either. Looking for a warm and friendly doctor and staff elsewhere!
