- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My parents (87 and 88) have been going to this group of physicians for 15 years! The physicians services are great--if you want to spend your life in a doctors' waiting room for 4 hours each time you have an appointment to see the doctor, or to just receive iron infusions! They had dramatically shortened their wait periods last January, but that seems to have been short-lived. Yesterday, for example, after waiting two hours for an iron infusion, we checked on mom's turn--there were six more patients in front of her just for chemotherapy and iron infusions. Because her oxygen tank was near empty we rescheduled to next week--which means shes goes an additional week in between infusions. If I were the patient I would have long ago found an alternate care provider who has a record for timely visits and quality services.January 23, 2017by Joanne Dickinson
